Meet Lauren W., Owner, Personal Trainer, and Instructor at Tantrum Fitness. Lauren started as the Owner for Tantrum Fitness in August 2016. Lauren has 19 years of fitness experience and owns another gym in Arroyo Grande, FitForever. Lauren’s interest in health and wellness began at an early age. As an overweight teen, she found the self-motivation that she needed to lose weight on her own through proper nutrition and exercise. Her personal success led to her passion to help others achieve a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Lauren's Certifications are: NASM Personal Trainer, NASM Nutrition specialist, Zumba, Yoga Fit, AFAA Kickboxing, BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyFlow, BodyStep, BodyJam, RPM, Precision Cycling, and more! Lauren's classes are so fun you forget how hard you're working. (sort of) 

Interesting things about Lauren W.: She lost 40 pounds in 7 months by changing her lifestyle.She was an alto in choir for 12 years. She taught in the Kinesiology  department at Cal Poly SLO. She loves to donate to the animal shelters in our area as much as she can and has three dogs.
