A fun, energetic, power flow yoga class incorporating small hand weights. This class is designed to tone and sculpt. This 55 minute class will be set to energizing music.(Weights optional)
Cycle CircuitJoin us for this 55 minute high-energy full body workout! This class combines the cardio workout of a typical cycle class on the bike plus strength and resistance training off of the bike. This is a complete total body conditioning class. *Please bring water and a towel.
Pole FitnessIn Pole Fitness you will learn unique pole mounts and intimate routines designed to give you a strong, toned, sexy body. Please wear work-out shorts, no longer than mid-thigh. Please do not wear jewelry on fingers, toes and wrists. Hand and body lotions are slippery so please skip those prior to class. This is a all level class. :)
Burlesque BodyBURLESQUE BODY
The first half hour of this class is primarily core work, stretching and toning and the last half hour you will learn a sexy, saucy burlesque routine. Sometimes a chair is used and there is floor work involved. The rhythmic movements are easy to follow and fun to perform, but will leave your muscles feeling stretched and toned. This class is done barefoot. A yoga mat is suggested. Please wear Capri's or leggings that cover your knees. :)
